Elizabeth Beddenfield Ricketts

 
Beddenfield is also spelled Beddinfield, Bedingfield, and Bettenfield.
 
The first European settlements in Maryland were made in 1634 when English settlers created a permanent colony.

Elizabeth Beddenfield Ricketts was born on May 5, 1705 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She was the daughter of Anthony Beddenfield and Mary Jones.

She married John Ricketts on February 04, 1723/24 in in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The marriage was recorded at All Hallows or South River Parish.

Elizabeth lived a long life and died when she was about 84 years old in 1790. She was buried at All Hallows Cemetery.

 

All Hallows Church (The Brick Church), Anne Arundel County, Maryland records date back to 1682. It was an Anglican church. The building was constructed about 1710. The cemetery surrounds the church.
